Founder and Owner
JB has been involved in the furniture business since 1975, when he began working in his father’s furniture company in Goshen, Indiana. JB’s Furniture was inaugurated in 1991 on Winona Ave in Warsaw, and JB carried on the tradition of quality and service that his predecessor began. “I am proud that we are so highly recommended in our community, and we all strive to maintain our reputation with our quality, service, and competitive pricing every day.”
JB moved the store to its current and permanent location in 2008, where it now features a 36,000-square-foot selection of the best brand names in the industry.
Jill became JB’s wife and partner in 1994, and she has become an expert decorator through experience and sheer talent. When you walk through the showroom at JB’s, you will find a dazzling array of beautiful accessories carefully placed by Jill’s loving hands throughout the store—but Jill’s real love is assisting her customers in their homes. Her natural eye for spaces and colors has helped many clients decorate to perfection.
Customer Service Specialist
Every good furniture store needs a “Swiss Army Knife,” and Brent is that and more. Brent has been with JB’s since 2009—and he seems to have a hand in everything. If there’s a problem, Brent is here to show our customers how much we care even after the furniture is sold.
Delivery and Setup
Tim has been with us since 2012, and he’s the second part of the JB’s delivery team. Tim excels at making sure your furniture is where and how you want it in your home. The delivery team knows they are the last faces a customer sees after making a purchase, and they take their job of finishing your experience at JB’s seriously. The caring professionalism of people like Tim ensures a positive experience for all our customers.
Delivery and Setup
Connor Helser has been on our staff since 2017. He is responsible for the care and delivery of the product you purchase from us. Connor’s expertise and knowledge are handy when professional delivery is required for placing your furniture in your home. Apart from that, Connor is also the father of two of Jon and Jill’s grandchildren!
Sales and Design
Jennifer Manns has been a welcome addition to our staff, and she brings a wealth of knowledge and ideas when customers are trying to get the right look for their homes. You will find the same level of friendly service and knowledge you have come to rely on from the entire staff at JB’s when you deal with Jennifer.
